MoCo

Refocus Information Technology was key in getting MoCo’s technology up and running. Refocus handled everything from setting up the wires and network to making sure the internet and printers worked well. The work also included creating a wireless internet setup that’s easy to use. Doing this project was fun and challenging, and Refocus is really proud of how it turned out. It shows how dedicated Refocus is to helping our clients with their technology needs in a way that’s simple and effective.

The Caldwell Chamber

We embarked on a significant change to enhance The Caldwell Chamber’s infrastructure and overall digital presence. These changes involved critical updates to their email MX records and DNS settings, a process that was approached with caution due to its potential impact to their communication systems. The changes were successfully implemented by Refocus Information Technology after significant planning to avoid disruption.

Cloud-based Solutions

We recently completed a major transition for Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center, migrating their critical business operations from an aging on-premises Windows 2012 R2 Server to modern cloud-based solutions. The project involved meticulous planning and coordination over nearly a year, ensuring the smooth migration of file storage, CRM, user profiles, and financial data. Despite the challenges that come with transitioning legacy systems, the business is now better positioned for the future with improved security, reliability, and flexibility.
